High Expression of Pluripotent Stem Cell Markers

H1 cells cultured in different media for 6 passages were analyzed using flow cytometry and gene expression. Cells cultured in NutriStem® hPSC XF Medium were >90% positive for SSEA-4 and Oct-4. 

Embryoid Body (EB) Formation

hESCs cultured in NutriStem® hPSC XF medium were tested for EBs at 14 days.
The 4 cell types found:  

A. Neural rosette
B. Neural rosette stained with tubulin 
C. Primitive blood vessels  
D. Megakaryocytes

Recovery of H1 (61) hESCs from single-cell passage using NutriStem® hPSC XF and Recombinant Trypsin EDTA Solution on 0.5μg/cm² LaminStem™ 521. Colony morphology shown at 1 day and day 4 post-passage.
