Connected Downstream Process

Resolute® BioSC Pilot

Resolute® BioSC Pilot can connect multiple steps such as chromatography, viral inactivation and in-line buffer preparation. The chaining of multiple processes results in a streamlined and intensified process.

  • Connected DSP
    Allows simultaneous and continuous operation of up to three chromatography separations. These can be part of a batch and/or multi-column process
  • Integrated Viral Inactivation (VI)
    Enables full automation and integration of the VI, as well as chromatography process management with a single skid
  • In-line buffer preparation
    Automatically prepares buffer solutions with the right combination of pH, conductivity, and concentration from stock solutions. These three parameters are continuously monitored and controlled by a dedicated algorithm to guarantee accuracy and fast response.
