Incucyte® 3D Object Classification Analysis Module
Introducing a powerful new tool for label-free identification and classification of 3D biological structures. The Incucyte® 3D Object Classification Analysis Module (BA-04907) enables researchers to automatically distinguish and quantify spheroids, organoids, or other complex 3D objects based on shape, size, and fluorescence parameters.

- Available for purchase for Incucyte® CX3 and S-Series instruments and requires software version 2025C or higher
Note: The 3D Object Classification analysis is exclusively compatible with images acquired using purchased Incucyte® Spheroid or Incucyte® Organoid Analysis Modules and can be applied to both newly acquired and previously captured datasets.
Incucyte® Organoid Analysis Module Now Available for CX3
The Incucyte® Organoid Analysis Software Module, previously available only on S-Series instruments, is now fully supported on Incucyte® CX3 system. This expansion enables automated, label-free monitoring and analysis of organoid cultures throughout their entire growth and treatment workflows.
- Track organoid growth, morphology, and response to treatments over time
- Perform quantitative analysis directly within the Incucyte® environment
- Standardize results across labs and instrument platforms
- Organoid QC and Assay scan types are supported using brightfield imaging on both S-Series and CX3 instruments. The CX3 additionally supports confocal fluorescence alongside brightfield imaging to deliver multi-color fluorescence imaging within the Organoid Assay scan type
This software update is compatible with Incucyte® SX5, S3, SX1, and CX3 systems.
