COOH1 Sensor Chip
SPR Sensor Chip for Low Capacity Amine Coupling
The COOH1 Sensor Chip is a low capacity two-dimensional surface chemistry that comprises a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer terminated with carboxylic acids. This surface is particularly useful where lectin binding may occur or where carboxymethyl dextran (CMD) coatings are not desired.
Amine coupling is the standard immobilization method for COOH1 and its coupling capacity is the lowest of the carboxyl sensor chip. Typical uses are large molecule (>25 kDa) kinetic assays.
