CDL Sensor Chip
SPR Sensor Chip for Medium Capacity Amine Coupling
(Replaces COOH2) The CDL sensor chip is a medium capacity three-dimensional chemistry that comprises a thin carboxymethyl dextran (CMD) layer with carboxylic acids. The CMD spacer is excellent for reducing non-specific binding and is biocompatible with a wide range of molecules. Amine coupling is the standard immobilization method for CDL and its coupling capacity is between the COOH1 and CDH sensor chip.
Typical uses are measuring kinetics of intermediate (>1 kDa) to large molecules (>25 kDa).
