PCH Sensor Chip
SPR Sensor Chip for Fragment and Small Molecule Analysis
(Replaces COOH5) The PCH sensor chip is a high capacity three-dimensional chemistry comprised of a linear polycarboxylate hydrogel layer. This sensor chip contains a high number of carboxylic acid functional groups that allows a large amount of target to be coupled onto the surface. This enables analysis of interactions of fragments and small molecules or for targets that exhibit low binding activity.
Amine coupling is the standard immobilization method for PCH and its coupling capacity is the highest of the carboxyl sensor chips. This surface is also useful where a non-carboxymethyl dextran (CMD) based hydrogel is desired.
