If you are investigating the Design Space Explorer hypercube with the Design space hypercube pane in minimized mode, changing the interval estimate type may require that you click the Design space hypercube pane for the hypercube rectangle to update.

Workaround:

Investigate the Design Space Explorer with the Design space hypercube pane in display mode.
