SADH Sensor Chip

SPR Sensor Chip for Fragment and Small Molecule Analysis

The SADH Sensor Chip consists of Streptavidin immobilized in a three-dimensional carboxymethyl dextran hydrogel to allow for the selective, irreversible capture of biotin-containing ligands.  It has moderate to high capacity, making it ideal for analysis of intermediate (>1 kDa) to large (>25 kDa) molecule kinetics.
