Octet® ProA biosensors are coated with Protein A and enable rapid antibody quantitation from crude lysates, cell culture supernatants and complex matrices. The direct quantitation assay format of the Octet® ProA biosensors provides results in less than 2 minutes and can be automated for high throughput screening efforts. Using an established pH-based regeneration protocol, the biosensors can be regenerated multiple times to provide a cost-effective and time-saving assay format. Octet® ProA biosensors enable fast and reliable hIgG quantitation.
Octet® ProA Biosensors allow for efficient and accurate antibody quantitation, critical for selecting cell lines and developing and optimizing antibody production. Octet® ProA Biosensors can be used for quantitation of various human IgG isotypes, such as IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4.
