Cannot login as administrator (Q152)

Symptoms:

An error message appears when a user attempts to login as administrator.

Cause:

Another user is currently logged in as administrator on another View.
The wrong username/password has been entered

Resolution:

Log off the current administrator.
Enter the correct username/password. The default username is "Administrator" without the quotes and the default password is usually empty.
