This purpose-built tool utilizes a pre-trained deep learning model to deliver high-accuracy nuclear detection without the need for fluorescent labels, dyes, or manual segmentation.

This module supports a broad range of applications, including label-free cell proliferation analysis, direct quantification of nuclear fluorescence for cell cycle and cytotoxicity studies, and detection of compound-induced changes in nuclear morphology such as nuclear swelling.

Compatible with all Incucyte® systems, this module simplifies and standardizes non-invasive cell analysis through a streamlined workflow, enabling researchers to objectively analyze cell health and proliferation across diverse experimental setups.

Incucyte® AI Nuclei Detection Software is available for purchase for all Incucyte® CX3 and S-Series instruments and requires software version 2025B or higher.

AI Nuclei Detection uses a pre-trained neural network to segment the nuclei of live, adherent cells in Phase Contrast images. Nuclei masks are displayed and provide robust quantification of nuclei count and shape over time.
