Talent and Organization Development Manager (m|f|d)
We are looking for a Talent and Organization Development Manager (m|f|d) for our Center of Expertise People & Organizational Development (POD) team at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) who shares our goal to create a great place to work, learn and grow. In your role you will develop and implement global programs and initiatives to maximize employee engagement, and thereby strengthening people and organization development in key areas.
What you will accomplish together with us
Initiating, leading and driving global talent and organization development programs together with the divisional and regional HR teams
Take a lead role in driving talent and organization development initiatives and activities, including robust tracking and metrics, improvement plans and preparation of communications necessary
Work in partnership with the HR community on the process and system support required to implement programs and initiatives through all levels in the organization
Analyze talent data and report key employee information. Develop innovative insights to help drive business decisions based on data
Ensure innovative, bench-strengths industry standards for global programs & initiatives and drive for continuous improvement.
Participate in cross-functional projects of the POD Center of Expertise and act as internal consultant and contact person for HR and business stakeholders
What will convince us
University degree in a related business subject or a track record of delivering high-quality programs from start to finish
Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
Ideally additional qualifications, e.g. from systemic consulting, coaching and | or agile, virtual frameworks
Stakeholder Management through identifying, planning and implementing actions to positively engage parties
Teamwork through creating an environment where people with diverse personalities, skills, experiences and perspectives are empowered to collaborate towards a common goal
Fluent in English
