Our top priority is to protect both your health and that of our employees. This is why many job interviews currently take place via video or telephone conferencing. In-person interviews are possible at some of our sites - under strict physical distancing and hygiene rules. You will receive all relevant information about your interview during the application process.

For a video interview, you will need a computer or a laptop equipped with a webcam or, optionally, a smartphone or a tablet. For better sound quality, please use a headset with a microphone – but if need be, you can also do it without it. The tools used for conducting video interviews will differ depending on the division and the site you are applying for. You will receive the corresponding information in advance.

A little advice: To be best prepared, check beforehand whether your equipment setup will work correctly (strong Internet connection, webcam, sound, etc.). Find a quiet place for your interview and make sure that the location you choose is well lit.

Our on-boarding procedures vary from location to location and will depend on the particular region in which you are joining as well as the current local rules in regard to the pandemic. Your recruiting contact will inform you in due time about how your first days at our company will take place.
