The Sales Support will be responsible for providing the sales team with routine administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between Sartorius and its customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team to run reports and simple analysis for sales team to be aware the sales situation and the status of customer.

The Sales Support will be responsible for providing the sales team with routine administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between Sartorius and its customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team to run reports and simple analysis for sales team to be aware the sales situation and the status of customer.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:·        

  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department.
  • Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and annual agreements.
  • Make more complex calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
  • Lead management – consolidate all the leads from workshops, seminars, phone inquiries and web and allocate appropriately to the respective sales personnel to follow-up.
  • Handle customers' phone calls in the absence of sales reps.
  • Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of quotations and to generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Sales related administrative work
  • Maintaining and updating customer-specific pricing
  • Demonstration & Evaluation Equipment Handling

Qualification & Skills:

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar
  • 3 more years of related experience, preferable including a mixture of customer service, sales support, and operations
  • Reporting skills
  • Service and detail orientated
  • A good team player who is expected to work with minimum supervision and make independent decision based on Sartorius policies and practices governing the lead to order process.
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP and SFDC
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
