As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering software solutions within the BioAnalytics portfolio that meet that evolving needs of our customers.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for product owner activities in the definition, development, and commercialization of new products in line with market requirements and interfaces with Sales, Application Specialists, Services, Product Development.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • You will define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cell analysis software, aligning with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
  • One of your tasks will be to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, scientists, designers, and marketing to translate requirements into actional user stories, features, specifications, and product prototypes.
  • One of your duties will be to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • You will champion Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to drive continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, providing product demonstrations, training, and support as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and collateral materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • On an as needed basis, you will monitor key performance metrics, user engagement and customer satisfaction to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

What will convince us:

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in the BioPharm-Industry
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably the software industry with a focus on life sciences or biotechnology.
  • You possess a strong understanding of cell biology, microscopy, image analysis software, and related technologies, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and machine learning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI principles with the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user experience and workflow efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
