Manager of HR Controlling, Data Analytics & Compliance (m|f|d)
For the HR Systems & Controlling department within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH at the Goettingen site, we are looking for a Manager of HR Controlling, Data Analytics & Compliance (m|f|d). In this role, you will develop and establish an HR Data Analytics strategy that enables our organization to be more data-driven. Together with your team, you will be responsible for implementing KPI dashboards to standardize the analysis of our global HR data and process metrics.
What you will accomplish together with us
Manage a team of HR Controlling Professionals and contribute to our data driven decision making strategy
Optimize and standardize people analysis, planning and reporting to support the global HR leadership team and other Stakeholders
Conceptualize and manage the implementation of a digital personnel cost and headcount planning process in alignment with Finance & Controlling
Set-up an HR compliance framework and continuous monitoring to ensure legal compliance
Drive the implementation of People/HR KPI dashboards and ensure ad-hoc analysis to help steering the organization and optimizing people processes
Ensure full people data accuracy and availability covering all our internal and external workforce globally
Evaluate early predictive and prescriptive people analytics opportunities
What will convince us
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance & Controlling or HR or similar experience
Multiple years of experience in Business Controlling or HR Controlling in an international environment, ideally paired with first management experience and HR compliance experience
Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g. Workday)
High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business and shaping the organization
Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and quality of analyses
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with senior Management
Fluency in German & English
