Manager of HR Controlling, Data Analytics & Compliance (m|f|d)

What you will accomplish together with us

• Manage a team of HR Controlling Professionals and contribute to our data driven decision making strategy

• Optimize and standardize people analysis, planning and reporting to support the global HR leadership team and other Stakeholders

• Conceptualize and manage the implementation of a digital personnel cost and headcount planning process in alignment with Finance & Controlling

• Set-up an HR compliance framework and continuous monitoring to ensure legal compliance

• Drive the implementation of People/HR KPI dashboards and ensure ad-hoc analysis to help steering the organization and optimizing people processes

• Ensure full people data accuracy and availability covering all our internal and external workforce globally

• Evaluate early predictive and prescriptive people analytics opportunities

What will convince us

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance & Controlling or HR or similar experience

• Multiple years of experience in Business Controlling or HR Controlling in an international environment, ideally paired with first management experience and HR compliance experience

• Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g. Workday)

• High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business and shaping the organization

• Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and quality of analyses

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with senior Management

• Fluency in German & English
