• You offer product expertise, application knowledge and technical support in the field of fluid management technologies (aseptic connection/disconnection, liquid transfer & storage, mixing, freeze & thaw and final filling solutions)

• You are responsible for generating and executing product demonstrations and application trials

• You prepare and conduct training courses, hands-on instructions and presentations for internal and external customers

• You support the sales department in the analysis of customer requirements and customer processes (including the identification of optimization opportunities)

• You monitor market developments, including new market requirements and competing products, and report to the Application Specialist Management

• You support product launches

What will convince us

• You have a degree in bioprocess engineering, biotechnology, biology or comparable qualifications in the field of life sciences, PhD is beneficial

• You have experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (scale-up, GMP, process validation, etc.)

• You have worked with single-use products in a biopharmaceutical process

• Experience in providing technical trainings is an advantage

• You are fluent in French and English

• You are willing to travel (approx. 50% in the region)

• Strong communication and presentation skills, intercultural competence and proactive collaboration as well as a motivated working style with the aim of finding solutions for our clients (both independently and in a team) round off your profile
