Solution Marketing Manager T-cells

The Solution Marketing Manager T-cells will be responsible for managing Engineered to order (ETO) according to the product strategy developed by product management.

The Solution Marketing Manager T-cells will be responsible for managing Engineered to order (ETO) according to the product strategy developed by product management.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Execute the global Advanced Therapies T-cell marketing strategy in collaboration with Head, of Marketing Advanced Therapies,  Corporate Research and Product Management
  • Market analysis of the T-cell segment, identification of key trends,  competition analysis, monitor business growth
  • End to end Advanced Therapies positioning: Gap analysis of the existing cross-divisional Sartorius product portfolio and recommendations for further development
  • Close collaboration with Corporate Research, analysis of acquisition opportunities with Business Development, identification of collaboration partners
  • Recommend key collaboration partners (end-users, CDMO’s, academia and suppliers)
  • Define and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the T-cell segment including pricing strategy, sales & technical team training packages
  • Promote Advanced Therapies solutions (conference presentations, publications, videos, podcasts)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master degree in biotechnology, biochemistry or similar life science disciplines or engineering disciplines, MBA helpful
  • Several years of industry and marketing experience
  • Good Market Knowledge (Customers, Competitors & Regulations) and strong industry network
  • Good customer process understanding to provide unique value proposition through the package solution
  • Experience in setting up a Go-to-Market plan and successfully implementing it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel 40% including internationally
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills to operate in a cross cultural and very dynamic environment
