We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m|f|d) for our Business area Business Development based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). In this position you will play a key role in maximizing sales and make a significant contribution to our growth. Join our great team!
What you will accomplish together with us
Driving strategic business development to improve market positioning and financial growth of the company
Management of complex projects with various internal and external stakeholders worldwide and on all levels
Evaluation, negotiation and execution of cooperation, licensing and acquisition agreements
Opportunity and market analysis including business plan development
Creating and presenting strategic plans to senior management
What will convince us
Graduate degree in business administration, natural science or related field, legal knowledge is beneficial
Proven years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, sales & marketing or related field
International market experience, ideally in biopharmaceutical or adjacent markets
Experience in bio-informatics/data management, sales knowledge desirable
Very independent working style, strong assertiveness and implementation skills
Excellent project management skills and experience in supporting change management processes
Strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills
Experience working in an intercultural environment and willingness to travel globally
Fluent in English
