This video sequence reveals the ease of creation and review, of dose responses using iQue Forecyt® Software and data from the iQue® Human NK Cell Killing Kit. Expression of NK cell phenotypic markers, target cell killing and effector protein secretion, are measured to discern differences in ADCC potency between monoclonal antibodies, and to also provide insight into potential treatment efficacy across donors.
