Smart Working Environment
At many sites, Sartorius staff members work in smart buildings with the latest technology and equipment. In Germany, the company’s largest site in Göttingen has a green and stunningly diverse campus with break rooms featuring specific themes, a generously sized company cafeteria and even an Italian bistro with an ice cream parlor.
The health of our people is very important to us. For example, a large sports area covering some 200 m² is taking shape at our site in Göttingen, Germany. Employees can benefit from a wide selection of health and well-being support. This includes back training, workout and yoga courses. In addition, we offer health awareness campaigns, preventive medical check-ups and screenings.

All signs point to continued growth: By 2025, Sartorius is aiming to nearly triple its sales revenue over 2017 to four billion euros and to double its number of employees to around 15,000. In 2018, the company earned sales revenue of around 1.57 billion euros. Currently, more than 8,700 employees work at the Group‘s approximately 60 manufacturing and sales sites, serving customers around the globe. Sartorius is a leading international partner of biopharmaceutical research and the industry. The Bioprocess Solutions Division supplies equipment and single-use products for the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals. These medications and vaccines are produced using living cells in complex processes. Sartorius is doing its part to make the manufacture of medical drugs safer and more efficient.
