PRC Pre-Packed Columns and RoboColumns® for screening are robust tools for quick purification development. Both products come pre-packed with ion exchange and mixed mode chromatographic materials.
RoboColumns® are miniaturized chromatography columns pre-packed with resin, designed for automated, parallel, high-throughput screening and process optimization. They are supplied in rows of eight pre-packed units with two removable silicone cover seals for proper storage. A 96-well array plate is also available, allowing the arrangement of up to 96 RoboColumn® units.

PRC Pre-Packed Columns are available in 1 mL and 5 mL ready-for-use formats. The 1 mL columns are recommended for scouting purification conditions, which can then be verified and further optimized using the 5 mL format with a 10 cm bed height.
