Cannot open plots: Cannot get limits (Q158)

Symptoms:

The error message "Could not get the limits from the server" appears when a new plot is about to be opened.

Cause:

The on-line information needed to load the project does not exist.

Resolution:

Open the project in SIMCA^®-P, select Tools->Options select the tab Save Batch Limits and select to save information for Umetrics’ on-line products for both observation/lower level project and batch/upper level project. Select Analysis->Batch->Control Charts to generate a batch control chart plot and let the program create the on-line information.
