Summary:

SIMCA^®-P+ 12.0.1 is mainly a service release for SIMCA^®-P+ 12.0, where a number of bugs found in various areas of SIMCA^®-P+ 12.0 have been fixed.

The areas where most effort has been spent are:

• Workset, and specifically class and phase models
• Q599 , Q600
• The marked items, observations and variables dockable windows
• Q611

Some small improvements in functionality have also been added/improved:

• RMSEcv is now available under the Plot/List menu. Q696
• Concatenated vector pos available under the Plot/List menu. Q695
• P(corr), t(corr) vs po(corr), to(corr) is now default in the Loading Bi plot with 1+1+X component OPLS/O2PLS models.
• Find is available in the Import Wizard spreadsheet.
• Excel 2007 xlsb format is now a “built-in” format for import.

For PLS models, the calculation of YPredErrcv has been changed slightly compared to SIMCA^®-P+ 12.0. This results in slightly different results for the following vectors/functionalities:

• Ypredcv
• YPredErrcv
• Orisk
• Orisk(pooled)
• CV-ANOVA
