Technical Note: Incucyte® Live-Cell Imaging and Analysis Best Practices
Cells used in kinetic multi-well assays, within Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis Systems, typically run for extended time periods. Consequently, cells must be maintained in a healthy state, with sufficient nutrients for the duration of experiments. In addition, appropriate assay set-up parameters, ensure conditions for high quality, reproducible image acquisition of cells over time.
