Ambr® 15 Basic User Training
Introduction to the Ambr® 15 Cell Culture System
Enroll in our training courses and become a competent user of our Ambr® multi-parallel bioreactors, specifically the Ambr® 15.
By completing the training, you will gain knowledge of the general set-up of the Ambr® 15 Cell Culture system and the software used to manage it to design, create and run your own experiments.
Additionally, you have the opportunity to discuss your current problems and questions from your own lab during or after the course or seminar.
Scientists and technicians who are new to using the Ambr® 15 Cell Culture system. The aim of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the Ambr® 15 software and enable new users to design and create their own experiments. Attendees will also learn about best practices of caring for their system.
You will learn about:
- Experimental design, planning, and process writing, including the Ambr® 15 Design of Experiments (DoE) software
- System operation including calibrations and pH offsets, inoculation steps, feed strategies
- Sampling and use of some integrated analyzers
- Data import/export, Results Viewer software, data management
- Best practice for cleaning and maintaining the system to ensure safe and efficient system operation
- Upon completion of this training course you should be able to write and run a basic process on your Ambr® 15 system
