We are currently looking for a BioA Reagents & Consumables Specialist (R&CS). In this role, you will be a remote Sales Rep fully accountable for End-to-End sales process for the BioAnalytics Reagents & Consumables. The role is designed to enhance the overall customer experience with a technology enabled, innovative virtual selling capability and grow the product portfolio within market. The BioA R&CS will specifically be assigned responsibility for increasing penetration at our existing BioA customers and new and competitor install bases whilst managing the expanding portfolio will. They are part of the overall Sales team in their region and work closely with the other teams involved in the sales process, e.g., FAS, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.

  • On a daily basis you will nurture leads and client relationships

  • Do you enjoy networking? you will cultivate strong customer loyalty and build long-term relationships

  • In addition, you will promote and actively sell assigned  BioA Reagent & Consumable product portfolio (incl. cross-selling) remotely using all available technology to existing install base, new customers and competitor bases

  • You will ensure (repeat) orders by understanding the process and patterns of customer purchase decisions

  • You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers

  • You will work closely and understand customer's processes to identify opportunities and customer priorities

  • You will Deliver ongoing product servicing by providing accurate product information, trainings & support where needed

What will convince us

  • You have a Professional or educational background in scientific field (e.g., Cell Biology, Proteomics, Life Science or similar) & ideally sales experience in Life Science industry

  • You are Fluency in English and local language (if latter is required) 

  • You have Experience in sales process, including opportunity qualification, pre-call planning and time management

  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to acquire expertise
