Test Equipment Support (F/M)
For Sartorius Stedim Spain S.A.U. we are looking for a TEQ Support (Test Equipment Support) (m|w|d) for our location in Spain, Madrid. In Test Equipment Support you will be responsible for carrying out test equipment monitoring, calibrating test equipment and implementing optimization measures in order to ensure a high service quality on a permanent basis.
What you will accomplish together with us
- You are responsible for the organization of test equipment monitoring and the procurement of the necessary measuring equipment for the testing process
- You also monitor the calibration and adjustment dates
- In addition, you document and record the calibration and adjustment dates
- You communicate and commission our service providers for calibration services
- Updating device data records and processing extensions are also part of your duties
- You will check the stock levels of the technicians and report on them if necessary
What will convince us
- You have successfully completed training in the technical or administrative field and have a high technical affinity
- This is complemented by initial professional experience, ideally related to a customer service function
- You have know-how in the use of SAP
- You have initial experience in the qualification process of measuring and testing equipment
- You are distinguished by your high degree of customer orientation, a strong sense of service and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Your strengths include your ability to multitask
- Your profile is rounded off by good English skills. French would be a valuable plus.
