We are looking for a Service Support Specialist (F/H) based in Aubagne. Single Point of Contact for the Bioprocess Service Departement. As a product and process generalist, the Service Support Specialist is a communication expert that routes all incoming requests to the appropriate person or team, while providing feedback to the customer. This person is a key component of a positive customer experience ans should have general knowledge of all groups within Bioprocess Service, as well as external Sartorius departments.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact of any and all service-related topics from external departments and end user customers.
  • Provide first-level support to internal and external customers via phone, mails, and other tools
  • Perform initial triage of incoming emails and phone calls
  • Determine appropriate path for all incoming requests
  • Provide clear, concise, and informative feedback to customers and internal parties on the status of their requests.
  • Create detailed tickets in Service Management System (SMS) and route to appropriate parties
  • Document communications and pertinent details within SMS tickets

What will convince you:

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in customer service or order processing department
  • Reporting skills
  • Service and detail orientated
  • Solid understanding of product and service portfolio
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and any field management software
  • Fluent in English and French
