Field Service Engineer Belgium (W/M)
We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (W/M) for our BioAnalytics technical Service team home based in Belgium. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical support of our bioanalytical product portfolio in Belgium and ccasionally also supporting North of France and North-West Germany.
What you will accomplish together with us
Carry out the commissioning of our complex BioAnalytics systems (IncuCyte® and Octet®) at our customers' sites
Installation, qualification, maintenance and repair of life cell imaging instruments and Bio Layer Interferometry instruments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry
Complete professional qualification documents, test reports and certificates
Organize customer visits and take care of ordering and shipping spare parts and relevant test equipment
Collaborate with the Sales department in order to enable new opportunities and leads
Collaborate with the Field Application department in order to further support customers
What will convince us
Successfully completed technical education (electronics, mechatronics or comparable education) and at least 5 years professional experience as a service technician, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biological or chemical environment
Knowledge in automation technology and and IT related fields, especially networking
Excellent communication skills and a strong service oriented customer approach
Willingness to frequent travelling within the the assigned region
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French would be an asset
