Field Application Specialist - Fluid Management Technologies (W/M)
We are looking for a Field Application Specialist - Fluid Management Technologies (W/M) home based in Belgium. In this role, you are the technical expert for our single use technologies in upstream and downstream bioprocessing.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
You offer product expertise, application knowledge and technical support in the field of fluid management technologies (aseptic connection/disconnection, liquid transfer & storage, mixing, freeze & thaw and final filling solutions)
You are responsible for generating and executing product demonstrations and application trials
You prepare and conduct training courses, hands-on instructions and presentations for internal and external customers
You support the sales department in the analysis of customer requirements and customer processes (including the identification of optimization opportunities)
You monitor market developments, including new market requirements and competing products, and report to the Application Specialist Management
You support product launches
What will convince us
You have a degree in bioprocess engineering, biotechnology, biology or comparable qualifications in the field of life sciences, PhD is beneficial
You have experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (scale-up, GMP, process validation, etc.)
You have worked with single-use products in a biopharmaceutical process
Experience in providing technical trainings is an advantage
You are fluent in French and English
You are willing to travel (approx. 50% in the region)
Strong communication and presentation skills, intercultural competence and proactive collaboration as well as a motivated working style with the aim of finding solutions for our clients (both independently and in a team) round off your profile
