Selection of Instruments, preparing BOM and release of document on Project Server.
Preparing documents DQ Document, As Built Documents for FAT and SAT activities, Packing Document.
Interaction with supplier and customer for selection of suitable components for the process.
Interaction with Automation for Project Software requirement and dispatch during FAT to customers, Providing necessary details of instruments for Process engineering Team during Presale activity.
Control Cabinet functionality test, IO test, process instrument calibrations during PREFAT, FAT and SAT.
Control cabinet layout design drawings, electrical schematic drawings using ePLAN V 2.9 software, Heat load calculation, power load calculation for the control cabinets. Meeting the requirements of international standards and Regulations(Like CE ,UL, ATEX, IECEx) in the design, development , installation and commissioning of the equipment.
Qualification & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering with 3-5 years from the reputed company.
