That's What Your Colleagues Say

Bastien Lemasson, Production Manager, France

I've always been motivated by teamwork, which is key in operations. In my job, I naturally work in several different areas. This makes my job very diverse. There's never a dull moment. In this role, I've been able to observe the evolution of the different teams over the last few years, and that's what I'm most proud of - and that's how I recognize myself in the Sartorius values.

Faten Belhadj Amor, Manager Quality Site, Operations M'Hamdia, Tunisia

Healthcare has always attracted me, so after graduating I joined a pharmaceutical company. After three years, I was looking for a change and was given the opportunity to join Sartorius. I love helping people. Being part of a company that supports scientists and engineers to advance their processes, bring therapies to the market faster, and make them available to more people is a real source of satisfaction.

Baptiste Grasmuck, Training and Method Engineer, France

A practical and pleasant working environment and friendly, available staff make my day-to-day work at Sartorius easy.

Daniela Katarzynski, Head of Operations Cell Culture Media, Germany

Cell culture media play a crucial role in the development and production of advanced therapies. When I joined the company in May 2021, Sartorius wanted to strengthen its position in this field. Since then, my team and I have been building up the operation network for cell culture media further, for example, by supporting the integration of acquired operations, and the launch of a new media production at our site in Yauco, Puerto Rico, and by further developing processes regarding quality, supply chain management, continuous improvement, and procurement. And we're not done yet – there are many projects underway to further advance our capabilities and capacities.
