Ultrapure Water for Trace Analysis
Application Note
HPLC is an analytical procedure for separation, identification and quantification of substances using liquid chromatography.
This results of this application note show that ultrapure water produced by Arium® Pro VF can be readily used as the mobile phase for HPLC analysis of the water-soluble saccharides described in this paper. Therefore, Arium® Pro VF ultrapure water, which can be prepared on demand at any time, offers an affordable alternative to commercially sold ultrapure water to prepare high-purity eluants for HPLC analysis.
