Summary:

It is possible to return a license in SIMCA/MODDE, for example if you want to use the same key on a new computer.

More Information:

In SIMCA/MODDE go to File / Help / Manage Licenses / Return a license, enter the activation key.

Workaround:
If this doesn't work, send an email to Umetrics_support@sartorius.com, include the activation key and that you want to have it deactivated and the reason for the deactivation.
