Overview
Extracellular vesicles (EVs), particularly exosomes, have received significant attention in the field of diagnostics and therapeutics due to their role in transporting biomolecules.
While tools exist to assess the physical and chemical properties of EVs, assessing post-purification functional quality of the nanoparticles remains a significant challenge. The Incucyte® Exofluor Green EV Labeling Kit serves as a method for use with live-cells, for uptake analysis of small EVs extracted across a wide range of purification methods.
This application note demonstrates the validation and use of the Incucyte® Exofluor Green EV Labeling Kit as a new offering to the field of EV research.
