Account Questions

When visiting our shop, please click Sign in in the black top bar to load the login page. Click on Forgot your password? button , in order to reset your forgotten password. Fill in your e-mail-address and submit. A few moments later you will receive an email where you can reset your password.
 

Shop & Checkout Questions

Currently it is possible to ship to Canada and the United States of America as well as Brazil, with more available countries about to come.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order without an account.

Our webstore accepts all major credit cards (except Discover) and purchase orders with terms if requested and approved by our finance department.

Credit Card (except Discover) or invoices with payment terms (only if requested and approved by our finance department).  If you are a customer who already has payment terms established with Sartorius then we will honor those terms for your eShop orders as well.

We use all state of the art security systems to protect your submitted data.

You can find various Sartorius products in our eShop. Due to the amount of products, we will continuously update our portfolio. If there is a product missing, feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, delivery is only possible to companies. Please contact your local dealer and ask for Sartorius products. Feel free to use our website to inform you about our latest products.

Click on the cart button on the right side of the black top bar.

While in your cart, click on the three squares on the right side of the product you want to delete. Confirm the popup by clicking delete. The product will no longer be in your cart.

You can either click the “+” and “-” next to the amount of the product or fill in the amount you want to order and submit by clicking somewhere on the page or clicking the enter button.
