Account Questions
Access your order history by signing in to My Sartorius with your Sartorius ID. Still need to register? Create Your Sartorius ID to access now. Access your dashboard and activate your ‘My Orders' function. You can also get access to your ‘Order Status’ by simply entering the Customer and Order Numbers to track the status of your orders in real-time and get relevant information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order without an account.
For North America we accept all major credit cards (except Discover) and Account Payments. If you are a customer who already has payment terms established with Sartorius then we will honor those terms for your eShop orders as well when you choose Account Payment at Checkout.
For Europe, APAC and South America we currently accept only Account Payment terms.
We use all state of the art security systems to protect your submitted data.
You can find various Sartorius products in our eShop. Due to the amount of products, we will continuously update our portfolio.
Unfortunately, delivery is only possible to companies. Please contact your local dealer and ask for Sartorius products. Feel free to use our website to inform you about our latest products.
Click on the Cart icon on the right side of the black top bar.
While in your cart, click on the three squares on the right side of the product you want to delete. Confirm the popup by clicking delete. The product will no longer be in your cart.
To adjust the product quantity, you may use the "+" or "-" buttons next to the amount field, or you can enter your desired quantity directly and confirm by clicking on the page or pressing the enter key.
Shipping Questions
Delivery times vary depending on product availability.
If you are a new customer, proceed to Create Your Sartorius ID. If you are already registered, proceed to Sign in. After submitting an order, you can track its journey by signing into your My Sartorius account and activating the ‘My Orders’ function within your Dashboard. You can get access to your ‘Order Status’ by simply entering the Customer and Order Numbers to track the status of your orders in real-time, get relevant information and view the order history.
Warranty | Returns
To cancel or return an order with Sartorius, please follow the below Terms and Conditions:
No order which has been accepted by Sartorius may be cancelled or returned by the Customer except with the agreement in Writing by Sartorius and on terms that the Customer shall indemnify Sartorius in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labor and materials used), damages, charges, and expenses incurred by Sartorius as a result of cancellation or return.
In case the cancellation or return was agreed between the customer & Sartorius, following fees will apply:

Return Requests need to be raised within 30 days after Sartorius shipment date and products need to be in original packaging.
