Job Role: Business Process Expert

We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Expert to strengthen our Customer Engagement and Order-to-Cash landscape. The role requires strong end-to-end process expertise, ERP knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support global stakeholders.

Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Act as business process expert for end‑to‑end processes with focus on Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Analyze, standardize and continuously optimize business processes across global stakeholders.
• Support business users as key contact for process and system topics (ERP/CRM).
• Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Support system changes, releases and projects including requirements definition, testing and training.
• Monitor process performance and KPIs and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order-to-Cash (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Handling, Pricing, and Incident Management.
• Experience in process modeling, optimization and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
