The 10-year limited warranty is subject to the terms and limitations set out in the Sartorius Terms and Conditions of Sale (USA), relating to the sale of Goods and Services. The warranty consists of an extended Goods Warranty Period of 10 years, and is applicable only to Cubis® II balances sold and located in the USA and Canada.
