The Sartoflow® Advanced is a modular benchtop tangential flow filtration (TFF) system optimized for ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF | DF) applications used in many downstream processes, such as the purification of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and recombinant proteins. The system is suitable for flexible use in laboratory environments for process development as well as clinical trials and small batch cGMP production.
