This poster demonstrates how live‑cell analysis accelerates targeted in vitro LNP screening. Using the Incucyte® live cell analysis system, researchers quantify transfection efficiency, viability and cell health across diverse cell types, including HEK‑293, epithelial, macrophage and T cells. The workflow rapidly identifies high‑performing LNP formulations and supports optimization for enhanced mRNA delivery and selective organ‑targeting.
