Ensuring Fast, Flexible and Future-Proof Antibody Purification
Document type: Infographic | Last updated: 10/24
Overview
Antibody purification is critical to many life science workflows. Conventional methods for antibody purification use resin-based Protein A affinity chromatography. However, the increasing demand for efficiency in mAb purification workflows has highlighted the limitations of these resin columns, particularly in terms of time-consuming preparation, low flow rates and limited yields. In response to these challenges, Sartorius has developed Sartobind® Rapid A Lab, a novel Protein A membrane adsorber. Unlike resin columns, the high surface area and increased porosity of the membrane allows for significantly higher flow rates with high binding efficiency and purity.
In this infographic you will learn more about Sartobind® Rapid A Lab and how it can be easily integrated into your purification workflows for antibodies and related molecules.
