In 2022, Sartorius welcomed a total of 1,466 additional women to its global team - from the Americas, to the EMEA region, to Asia Pacific.

This means, today, 6,205 women are working towards our ambition of enabling better health for more people, advancing their careers and growing with the company - 33% of our overall workforce.

47% of people in leadership positions below the Board level at Sartorius are female -  3 percentage points more than in 2022 and 10 percentage points more than in 2021. While we believe that we are moving in the right direction, we know we are not there yet.

On March 8, International Women's Day, we celebrate women's achievements and raise awareness for the efforts that still need to be made on the road to equality.
