Among the World's Best Employers

Sartorius made it onto two of Forbes' lists: World's Best Employers and World's Top Companies for Women

Awarded again: “World's Best Employers 2023”

In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes Magazine surveyed 170,000 full-time and part-time employees from multinational companies in over 50  countries to determine which ones excel in talent development, remote working options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance and pride in the product or services the company offers.

Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family and to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. The 700 companies with the highest scores earned a place on the final list.

For the first time: “World's Top Companies for Women 2023“

Forbes and the market research company Statista awarded multinational corporations, that were evaluated by around 70,000 women worldwide in multiple independent surveys. Sartorius ranked among the top 300.

The ranking was published for the third time and is based on three criteria: In the Employer Brand Score, respondents evaluated their own employer as well as other companies in their industry on a range of gender-related topics. A public survey conducted only by women measured how companies are perceived in terms of gender equality. The Leadership Score measures the number of CEO, board and executive committee positions held by women.
