Working Student (x|f|m) Process Management - On-site
We are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) Process Management for the Project Management & Support department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process management by supporting the analysis, documentation and improvement of business processes across different teams. This position is available for part-time at our headquarters in Göttingen.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Supporting the analysis of existing business processes and identification of improvement opportunities
Contributing to the structured documentation of end‑to‑end process flows
Assisting with the modeling and visualization of processes
Providing support in preparing workshops and alignment sessions with relevant stakeholders
Maintaining and updating process documentation, including the use of tools such as Signavio
What will convince us
Enrollment in Business Engineering, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a related discipline
Initial exposure to process management, BPM methods or process modeling is an advantage
Ideally first experience with process visualization tools (e.g. Signavio)
Strong analytical mindset
Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working approach
High level of motivation and ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills and interest in cross‑functional collaboration
Good command of German and English
