Training Administrator (m/w/d)
This role is responsible for the administration and logistics of Sartorius Academy learning programs, courses, stakeholders, involved parties, and events and programs.
The Training Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service to the Sartorius Academy team while effectively collaborating with the team and across functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the Academy. The holder of this position will oversee the administration of Sartorius Academy and customer learning center including event management, communication, production, logistics, purchase, reports, maintenance, and billing. Strong collaboration across the training department and other functions as needed is essential for success of the role.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Overall coordination and execution of administrative tasks for all the programs in the pre-planning, planning, development, launch, and execution phases
Collaboration with program managers, SMEs, and agencies/ service providers internally and externally
Support for the head of the Academy as well as program managers with respect to monitoring, marketing activities, budget spent, and others
First contact for trainees, 3rd parties
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in administration
Experience in training administration, learning management systems and digital learning formats
Global mindset, collaborative, agile, can-do mentality
Excellent communicator and team player
Organized and structured way of working with good Information management and retrieval practices
Good time management and attention to detail
Initiator with limited dependency & handholding for the majority of tasks
