Product Change and Transfer Coordinator (W/M)
The holder of this function is responsible for the coordination and support within the activities of Product Maintenance and Global SCM Projects. He/She represents the interface Global Data Management for the projects initiated by the entities Product Maintenance and Global Supply Chain.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Involvement at the beginning of the project as Data referent
- Coordination between Project Managers and Data Management supervisors in the implementation phase of the projects
- Follow up of the implementation of the project with the Data Management supervisors
- Provide technical support to the Data Management team concerning the projects implementation
- Preparation of Projects follow up Microplanning
- Punctual follow up of the Order Book with the Global SCM Team
- Support of the Supervisors in the prioritization
- Coordination between Project Managers and Data Management supervisors in the implementation phase of the projects (represent the voice of the customer)
- Follow up of the implementation of the project with the Data Management supervisors and alignment with the implementation planning set by them
- Analyze and explain complex change blockages
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Ensuring projects deadlines are met by the Global Data Management
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Qualification & Skills:
- Good technical English and French speaking and writing
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good mastering of SAP ERP
- Perfect mastering of BPF, BPD and ISO 9001 norms related to the function
- Structure, punctuality and discipline
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Very good listening capacity and positive communication
- Capacity to work within a matrix organizational environment
- Sense of responsibility
- Very good verbal, written and presentation skills.
