We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives across Asia. This role is ideal for a working student who is passionate about creative marketing and event management. The intern will assist in executing digital campaigns, organizing events, and supporting initiatives that strengthen our brand presence across the region. Working closely with the regional marketing team, this role offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, event coordination and creative content development in a dynamic APAC environment.

This role is ideal for a working student who is passionate about creative marketing and event management. The intern will assist in organizing / supporting events and initiatives that strengthen our brand presence across the region.

Working closely with the regional marketing team, this role offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, event coordination and creative content development in a dynamic APAC environment.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Customer Experiences

  • Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, webinars and trade shows across Asia

  • Assist with event logistics including registration, vendor coordination, event materials, and on-site support

  • Be part of the action during live or virtual events and help ensure smooth execution

Creative & Design Support

  • Create marketing assets such as social media graphics, event visuals and presentation slides using tools like Canva or PowerPoint

  • Support the development and organization of marketing materials and content libraries

Marketing Operations

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing programs and event planning

  • Assist with tracking campaign activities, managing timelines, and supporting team coordination

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team on a variety of ongoing marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in marketing, events and creative content development
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
