We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Instrument Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle and drive go-to-market strategies for our live-cell imaging and analysis instrument portfolio. This role requires strong technical acumen, proven project management skills, and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. You will be integral in aligning product development with market needs while supporting operational processes through enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 

What You Will Accomplish Together with Us:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements. 

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs. 

  • Drive product portfolio strategies, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and incorporating new features. 

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop compelling business cases to inform product development. 

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. 

  • Lead go-to-market activities, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. 

  • Establish and maintain ERP processes to streamline business operations and enhance product management efficiency. 

What Will Convince Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Science, Engineering, or related field. 

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in instrument product management, preferably in the life sciences or biotechnology industry. 

  • Strong technical expertise in cell analysis technologies (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy, ELISA). 

  • Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and meet deadlines in dynamic environments. 

  • Experience with ERP systems and process management is highly desirable. 

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to build strong relationships and communication with internal stakeholders and customers. 

  • Outstanding communication skills with a track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams. 

  • Plan and execute voice of the customer (VoC) to develop customer personnel to guide product prioritization and development based on unmet needs

  • Strong network within the BioPharma or life sciences industry

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $110,000 and $150,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
