• Carry out the commissioning of our complex BioAnalytics systems (IncuCyte® and Octet®) at our customers' sites

• Installation, qualification, maintenance, and repair of life cell imaging instruments and Bio Layer Interferometry instruments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry

• Complete professional qualification documents, test reports, and certificates

• Organize customer visits and take care of ordering and shipping spare parts and relevant test equipment

• Collaborate with the Sales department in order to enable new opportunities and leads

• Collaborate with the Field Application department in order to further support customers

• Build positive relationships with customers

What will convince us

• Completed technical education (electronics, mechatronics, engineering, or comparable education).

• Two years minimum of professional experience as a service engineer, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical environment.

• Although prior experience is valued, we encourage motivated individuals without working experience to apply. We prioritize a strong enthusiasm for learning and personal growth. 

• Knowledge in automation technology and IT-related fields

• Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented customer approach

• Willingness to frequently travel within the assigned region

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian. Other languages such as French or German would be an asset
